Patients with disabilities

The Practice is committed to ensuring that all people have equal access to its services irrespective of barriers that may be in place due to language or physical impairments. Interpreting and translation services are therefore essential in achieving this objective. (Please click here for non-English speaking services/information)

Staff at the practice are trained in British Sign Language to help improve communication with those who suffer a hearing impairment.  If you require a professional interpreter to help with your communication needs, then please do not hesitate to contact the surgery as this can be arranged prior to your appointment (via VISS).  A hearing loop is also available at our reception when required.

We are also able to provide a braille or spoken CD version of the practice leaflet upon request.  Support and information is also available on improving access to the website for those who suffer with any impairment which restricts the ability to currently access this resource.  Please do not hesitate to contact the surgery for further information.
